Eat Love started 10 years ago as a pizzeria with a soul and a mission. We recently opened 2 new concepts: Mercato and La Mamma.

‘We support a short food supply chain, local organic farmers and real producers.’

After several visits to farms like Mille Couleurs and De Kollebloem there was no way back. Our purchasing policy and philosophy have been part of our DNA ever since: we support a short food supply chain, local organic farmers and real producers. They allow nature to run its course without dominating her.

We’re fascinated about what happens when these fantastic farmers give all their attention and love to the seeds they plant. In interaction with Mother Earth and with their energy these small seeds turn into magical vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, cabbages,… with the intense flavor of days gone by.

We’re so grateful to receive these beauties and we prepare them with gratitude, gentleness and a huge amount of passion. Those guests who’re aware and open, are not only fed with proteins and carbohydrates but also with love. So it comes full circle when these vibes arrive.
Because everything is vibration.
